Box Build — Step by Step

Prepare all contents as you normally would. Set up the 3 sauce inserts in the middle of the box first — Eh?! Sauce, MB Sauce, and BBQ Sauce. This helps with portion control.

Wrap the 2 Big Mary's in foil and place them on the left side of the box. Guest choice of Regular or Spicy.

Using a 1/6 container, fill cooked and seasoned taters up to the line — that's your 14 oz. Place on the right side of the sauce insert.

Place 4 wings (no sauce) in the bottom right of the box — 2 drums and 2 wings. It's okay if they rest on top of some taters.

Close the box and serve to the guest.
Always use the 1/6 container for taters — fill to the line every time for consistent 14 oz portions.
