Fail Re-Audit (#2) — 3 additional audits triggered: 1 coaching + 2 re-audits. Franchisee pays for all 5 audits.

MBI reserves the right to support a re-audit internally based on District Manager feedback.

Automatic Fail Items — Zero Tolerance
Auto Fail Kill Dates on Chicken — Max 10 days (Alberta: 12 days). Expired chicken results in automatic fail.
Auto Fail PHF (Potentially Hazardous Foods) — Automatic fail if expired, re-tagged, or beyond shelf life.
Auto Fail 7-Day Rule — Applies to all opened and prepped items. No exceptions.
Auto Fail 2-Hour Chicken Holding — Discard after time limit. No rework permitted under any circumstance.
Required Exhaust Hood — Must be cleaned semi-annually. Documentation required.
Required Fire Inspection — Must be current at time of audit.
Required Auditor Access — Auditor must be granted full access to all areas of the store without restriction.
Required Hours of Operation — Store must be open and operational during all posted hours.
